Hello everyone! I had to take a short hiatus because I had 2 sick kiddos last week! I am SOOO glad that everyone is feeling better in time for Thanksgiving but it made for one LONG week. I’m starting off the week with a guest post over at Scarlett’s Excellent Adventure. She just had a baby in October and asked for some help while she enjoys that little bundle of snuggles. I have to say I’m a little jealous but I know she is enjoying that sweet new little baby of hers.
I wanted to share a favorite recipe of ours and the real star of this dish is the Cranberry BBQ sauce. It whips together so fast and I get so many compliments on it. It’s light and refreshing and tastes like you spent a ton of time in the kitchen. The chicken is tasty on it’s own but with the contrast of the BBQ sauce it’s a home run! And this is totally doable with some turkey breasts, whole chicken, or a small turkey. So you could totally spice things up this Thanksgiving and serve this with some Orange Cranberry Wild Rice for a really flavorful albeit non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
So make sure to stop on over there and check it out.
