I have been totally lagging lately and feeling exhausted all the time. Like I can’t sit on the couch to just relax for a minute without falling asleep. That is totally not like me! So I’ve been hitting the hay at like 9:30 and sleeping a solid 9 hours. Maybe my body is finally telling me to slow down? Anyone have any secret tips for energy? Whew!
