I’ve had an overwhelming January feeling like I was constantly in a whirl trying to keep up with demands and expectations- my own and others. I realized I needed a reset and to step back and really look at what I have going on. After a serious reflection I really came to realize it’s all in my head! No one but my self is expecting me to be perfect at everything and my expectations are impossible. So I am working on simplifying what I have going on and that includes dinners. I’m so grateful for so many great and EASY recipes out there.
