Slow Cooker Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients

beef stew meat

large onion
sliced

cloves
garlic
minced

roasted red pepper sauce

Worcestershire sauce

brown sugar

salt

paprika

tsp
dry mustard

cup
water
1/4
cup
flour
1/4
cup
cold water
Instructions
Place onions then meat in slow cooker.
Combine the roasted red pepper sauce, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, and 1 cup water. Pour over meat.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
Mix together 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 cup COLD water. Slowly add flour mixture to sauce, stirring as you add to hopefully prevent any lumps.
Cook on high for 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Serve over egg noodles, potatoes, or rice.
