Mix Bisquick mix, shredded cheese, minced garlic, diced jalapeno, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
Add milk and butter. Stir just until combined.
Use a small cookie scoop to drop onto an un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
You can make your own homemade bisquik mix which works great in this recipe.The biscuits keep well in the freezer for about 3 months. Reheat them in the microwave for about 45 seconds to reheat.
