Garlic Soy Edamame
Made in less than 10 minutes with just 4 ingredients, garlic soy edamame is a simple restaurant style appetizer you can make at home in no time.

Ingredients

oz
frozen edamame
steamed
8
cloves
garlic
minced
1 1/2
Tbsp
soy sauce
2
tsp
olive oil
Instructions
Cook edamame according to package directions.
Meanwhile in a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and mix to combine. Add the steamed edamame and toss to coat.
Serve immediately in 4 bowls with a bowl to discard edamame shells.
Notes
Shelled edamame can be substituted for the whole edamame.
