Deliciously refreshing, no bake guava cheesecake bars taste like summer with a graham cracker and macadamia nut base topped with creamy guava cheesecake and whipped cream.
4ozcool whipor 1 1/2 cups homemade whipping cream (see note)
Nutty graham cracker crust
14graham crackers
1cupmacadamia nuts
1/2cupbutter melted
No bake guava cheesecake
8ozcream cheesesoftened
7ozsweetened condensed milkhalf a can
6ozHawaiian's Own Guava Nectar from concentratethawed, half a can
4ozcool whipor 1 1/2 cups homemade whipping cream
Instructions
To make the crust:
Using a food processor, crush graham crackers until very fine. Add macadamia nuts and process again till nuts are finely chopped.
Add the melted butter to the crushed graham cracker mixture and process until it is completely combined.
Press into a 9x13 pan and set aside.
To make no bake guava cheesecake:
Beat cream cheese in large bowl until fluffy.
Gradually beat in the sweetened condensed milk and guava nectar concentrate.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour over crust. Chill 2 hours or until set.
Notes
Substitute 3 cups homemade whipping cream for Cool Whip.To make homemade whipping cream, in a stand mixer beat 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream until soft peaks form.
