sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Unroll the pizza dough but leave it on the parchment paper. Place on a cookie sheet.
Top entire pizza dough with cheese, arrange tomato slices over the cheese, and evenly sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano over the whole pizza.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbling and crust is browned. Once out of the oven top with balsamic vinegar and parmesan cheese.
