1/2cupfrozen sliced bananaabout 1/2 a large banana
12ouncesfrozen tropical fruit
1cupvanilla Greek yogurt
3cupsorange juice
2Tablespoonschia seedsoptional
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If needed, stop the blender and use a long spoon to stir the mixture if the blender is having a hard time blending the mixture.
Notes
You can substitute the tropical fruit for an equal amount of frozen mixed berries for a pinker smoothie. The yogurt can also be substituted for any flavor yogurt you would like.
