For honey mustard sauce: Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey in a small bowl; set aside.
For turkey burgers: In a separate bowl, mix all of the burger ingredients together. Shape into 8 patties.
Cook burgers over medium heat in large skillet or frying pan with 2-3 Tbsp oil. Cook on each side for 6 to 8 minutes until burgers are cooked to 160 F.
Spread some sauce over top and bottom of buns. Add turkey burger and top with apple slices and bacon.
