1cupP.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Saucefor marinade
1 1/2lbsboneless skinless chicken breasts or tenders
3 cupsspring lettuce mix
1 carrot (about 1/3 cup)shredded
2green onionssliced
8 ciabatta rolls
1/4 cup additional P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Saucedivided
Instructions
In a bag or marinating container, add chicken and 1 cup P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Sauce as marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. You can do longer if you have time. Heat grill to medium high heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Meanwhile, combine the lettuce mix, shredded carrots, and green onions in bowl. Add enough P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Sauce to lightly coat. I used about 3 Tbsp but you can use more or less to taste.
Spread about 1 additional Tbsp of P.F. Chang's® Home Menu Sesame Sauce on the ciabatta rolls. Slice chicken and place slices on the rolls. Top with a handful of the lettuce mix.
