Honey Lime Salmon
Juice of 2 limes
Zest of 2 limes
Line a cookie sheet with foil large enough to wrap around the salmon. Place salmon in middle of foil.
Combine lime juice, zest, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour over salmon. Fold foil over the salmon and fold over edges of foil to create a packet.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 15-20 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon. Test the salmon by using a fork to see if the thickest part of the salmon easily comes apart and flakes.
