Ingredients

eggs

almond milk

unsweetened apple sauce
or 1 banana and 1/2 cup applesauce

vanilla

whole wheat flour

oatmeal

chocolate chips
Instructions
Add eggs, milk, vanilla, applesauce, and banana if using. Then add remaining ingredients except for chocolate chips.
Blend until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon.
Use a 1/4 cup scoop or just pour straight from the blender and pour batter into a hot skillet.
Cook pancakes for about 2 minutes per side.
Top with
strawberry sauce
,
buttermilk syrup
, or your favorite syrup.
Notes
Makes about 25-30 pancakes depending on how large you make them.
