Parmesan Garlic Green Beans

  • 1 lb green beans fresh or frozen (thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese , shredded


  • In a large skillet warm up a tablespoon of oil then add garlic and cook for two minutes or until fragrant.
  • Next, add green beans to skillet and cook for five minutes or until cooked through.
  • Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Cover skillet and cook for an additional five minutes stirring half way through to prevent burning.
  • Garnish with more cheese if desired.
