Strawberry Cream Cheese Brownies can be made with homemade or boxed brownies that are then topped with cream cheese frosting and strawberry jam for a terrific easy treat.

Ingredients

strawberry jam
Cream Cheese Frosting

cream cheese
, softened
1/2

butter
, softened

vanilla

powdered sugar
Instructions
Prepare
brownies
according to recipe directions.
Meanwhile, prepare cream cheese frosting.
In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Gradually beat in powdered sugar to reach spreading consistency.
Once brownies have cooled, spread cream cheese frosting over brownies and place in freezer for a few minutes until it sets.
Spread jam over the frosting and again return to the freezer so the jam can set.
To serve, remove from fridge, cut into squares, and wait about 10 minutes before you plan on serving to let the brownies warm up a bit.
