6cupsfruitlike red and green grapes, raspberries, and quartered strawberries
In a small bowl combine the honey, lime juice, and mint.
In a large bowl combine assorted fruit. Pour dressing over and toss to coat. Keep chilled.
Bananas might not be the best for this fruit salad if it will be sitting out for a while because of the oxidation of the bananas. They will begin to turn brown and can turn mushy. Oranges could also work for this but I would choose mandarin oranges over navel oranges because they are easier to portion out into the salad. If you don't want to peel a bunch of mandarin oranges look for mandarin orange segments in fruit juice in the canned fruit section.
