Chicken Salad

we prefer mayo with olive oil

For serving

Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
or rolls of your choice
Instructions
Combine chicken, yogurt, mayo, and soy sauce together and mix well. Adjust salt to taste.
Gently fold in nuts and fruits.
Serve on split rolls.
Notes
I've found dried cherries at my local Sprout's in the bulk bin and dried mandarin oranges at Trader Joe's.
