Black Cat Brownies
If you need a quick and easy but still festive dessert to bring for a Halloween party or school bake sale, make these easy black cat (or bat) brownies! #HalloweenTreatsWeek #Halloweendesserts #brownies
cookie cutters in cat and bat shapes
boxed brownie mix
prepared per box directions
frosting in black
frosting in orange or red
Wilton candy eyes
Cut out the brownies with a cookie cutter, using a knife to assist you if needed.
Add dots of black frosting/ icing for the eyes (see picture #1).
Make sure to add the candy eyes before the frosting sets (see picture #2).
Use the orange or red frosting to add a mouth and any other embellishments you would like to add.
NOTE: Although your cute feline friends may be tempted to eat their brownie counterparts, cats should not eat brownies because even a small amount of chocolate can poison cats.
