Italian sausages

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 ℉. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, add red and green peppers and red onion. Drizzle olive oil over the veggies and season with the basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Pour the seasoned veggies on the sheet pan and lay the Italian sausages on top.
Bake for 20-30 minutes until sausages are cooked through and veggies are soft.
Serve sausages in hoagie rolls topped with the roasted veggies and your choice of sauces.
Notes
You can replace the Italian sausages with bratwursts or polska kielbasa. This would also be delicious served over mashed potatoes.
