These sausage hoagies are basically just fancy hot dogs! They taste incredible with the roasted peppers and onions and some mustard or BBQ sauce. You could also make some lemon pepper potato wedges and Mango Herbal Iced Tea or Passion fruit Lemonade to round out the meal!

A friend made something like this for us once and I loved how hands off it was. You can easily prepare everything ahead of time and then cook it when you need it.

This dish is perfect for a crowd because you can easily stuff more veggies and sausages on a cookie sheet and make up several cookie sheets really easily.

I’ve kept the seasonings really simple so you can top them with whatever you want. My hubby is partial to sriracha and I’m known to lean towards BBQ sauce but they would taste great with traditional hot dog toppings or even just keep them plain, they are still super tasty.
