Keep your water chilled with frozen fruit ice cubes. Such an easy hack to make water more exciting!

I’ve had many conversations with friends about their feelings towards water. It doesn’t sound like it would be all that interesting of a conversation and yet I found it fascinating how some of my friends hated drinking water so much!

I’m nursing right now and that means I am drinking ridiculous amounts of water and I will admit that I sometimes find myself getting bored of drinking another glass of water. So I’ve been trying to come up with ways to make it at least a little more interesting and one of those ways is adding frozen fruit ice cubes to my water.

While I was pregnant I had some major cravings for sparkling water. Which is straight up weird because when I was in Europe right before I got married all I wanted was some still water but every where we were served sparkling. However, now I’m digging on it. It’s weird!

So the DASANI® Sparkling are right up my alley right now and they have some awesome new flavors like Strawberry Guava, White Peach, and Blood Orange! I was so pumped when I found them on Temporary price cut at Target for $2.99 per 8-pack slim cans. I found mine on an end cap but you can also find them with other sparkling waters. I’m so excited to try out some of these other refreshing ways to use DASANI here too! There are some really fun ideas like the peach raspberry mint water! Make sure to pop on over and check them out!

This time I went with the Strawberry Guava which is really tasty all on it’s own. However, since the weather has already warmed up here in California I need cold water but even inside the house my water can get warm rather quickly.

So I decided to add some frozen pineapple to my DASANI Sparkling instead of regular ice cubes so I don’t dilute the flavor. The frozen fruit keeps my water nice and cold and it blended really well with the strawberry and guava flavor of the drink itself. It even kept 2 cans of the DASANI Sparkling cold. I was so impressed!

My kids saw me drinking and both requested pineapple in their water. I think I’ve started a new trend in this house! Hopefully, my little trick will help us all stay hydrated this summer.
