Remember how a few weeks ago when I shared the Buffalo Chicken Pizza recipe I told you about my years working in a pizza place, well this is another homemade version from those good old days. And again it’s a fabulous way to use up leftover chicken and those one or two pieces of bacon you may have leftover (notice I said may, I won’t judge you if there aren’t). This was a big hit with the kiddos which was great since it’s something different than pepperoni or cheese. Hallelujah!
